Terms of Sale and Return Policy
By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Hemp oil products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the hemp oil products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days of your order placement, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
Damage due to shipping
All shipments are inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check your order to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description and pictures of the damages to the product.
Non Hemp Oil product returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Green Buffalo, LLC.
To be eligible for a return
1) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
2) Your item must be damaged.
3) It must also be in the original packaging.
4) You must send photos of the product and packing slip that accompanied your product to email@example.com
5) To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Our Exchange Policy only covers damaged products.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We have no possible way to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Not Received - Lost in Transit
We will work with you regarding the following:
- Confirm your shipping address you provided was correct.
- We will ask you to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
- Once you confirm that the shipping address was correct, and the post office can’t locate the package, submit a problem report. Remember, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date!
- Once our customer support team receives your report and confirms all the details, we’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
